Okay I'm a mechanic here in Youngstown and I have to say WTF?? I wold say less than a teaspoon.... But why are you so worried about it?? do you realize the roads Have oil soaked into them all summer long, and when it rains the oil rises to the top... But here is the real deal about the oil on our roads.. People do not maintain the cars they drive.. most cars on the road have a leak of somekind.. And people just don't want to pay to have them fixed. End of story..

That particular rainbow could happen from as little as 1/2 a teaspoonfull of oil.

Not saying any oil is good for the environment...
