The police department and DEA raided a meth lab on Delison on the south side of Youngstown last night.   Because of the toxic chemicals used in the manufacturing process,  these illegal labs are typically found in sparsely populated areas.   Perhaps a complacent population allowed this lab to flourish on the south side.
