The first prefabricated solid concrete houses in the World are now only 22% occupied, an all time low.  All these past decades, the focus was to keep them up and running for residential use.  Currently a Seattle R&D scientist says it appears that these historic units can be utilized as recirculation aquaculture tanks and the start up cost would be very economical.  Question, is it better to renovate these historic monuments for the current savages, or renting to fish a better risk?
