Title: "The Oil Wells of the Eastside"
Post by: Youngstownshrimp on September 13, 2014, 08:30:10 AM
When one goes east on 422, you will see at the Mijavic feed store and behind the bldg. a Hilcorp multi fracing pad with 6 Utica wells being drilled.  In Coitsville as you go South on Bedford, east on Houston you will see another multi hi tech drilling pad named after Yeo farms, with 7 wells being drilled on one pad.  There are more as you go further east following the army of excavators and dozers digging and laying the pipeline that will transport our priceless "wet gas" to the brand new $300 million cryogenics plant in New Middletown.

Yes, the trunk pipeline(551 north into Mercer, PA) is in and the gathering pipelines are now being put in the ground to harvest our product in the eastside of Youngstown.  As the pipeline enters Ohio from the Villa Maria area all the leased up land will be harvested, with multi well pads in Coitsivlle and a few in the Sharon line.  Those who own land on the eastside of Youngstown, the Sharon line, even residential lots will be paid a higher bonus price and the royalties will make the eastside bloom.

I can almost hear the sound of the new tax revenues flowing into the city and the
county.

The future is looking so bright I'm gonna buy a new pair of shades....

The Business Journal reports that the Mjjavic well is a gusher.
