Can never understand why the Vindy has to constantly change their layout. I think they purposely move things so you have to spend time looking over the whole paper and maybe actually read one of the advertisements they run......either that or Todd Franko has to justify why he has a job and so if he changes things the higher ups might consider him still valuable to that rag......
