Bob Hagan Doesn't Understand Governor's New State Education Funding Plan.

I heard Bob Hagan on Ohio Public Radio last week and he said he didn't understand the Governor's new education funding proposal. Mr. Hagan said he hoped he understood it before he voted on it. Bob, We sure hope you understand it. You've only been in Columbus 23 years as a state legistlator.
