The village idiot Artis Gillam in todays Vindicator says the city of Youngstown is "doing great..Rolling right along" Does this moron realize that citizens are hiding in their homes because of the violence and crime??? Does he know that street after street are being eaten up by the cancer called Section 8 housing? Does this mental midget realize there are No Jobs, and No Oppurtunities for people within the city? Artis Gillam, and the Mayor he serves have No Clue, and couldnt care less..
