What's wrong with Miss Davis runnung for the 6th Ward Council seat?
she describe herself as greedy, cheap and has a huge ego. :o

PD

The city needs representatives with an open mind and that won't take over council for their good. As we are seeing right now. The only thing out of her mouth has been one way.

I haven't heard anything else about our Forum member running for the sixth ward seat.

Well, if Mike Write wins, the Gillam's will still be in power on the east side.
Anita Davis is not running unopposed.  Victoria Turner-Allen is running for that ward also.

And I'm pretty sure you can add Chris Travers to the 7th ward line up.

Guaranteed TJ. Nate and Mike Write and Anita David are un opposed. That's the way it works in the city

I believe there is someone running against  Nate Pinkard, but I don't know his/her name.
Doesn't matter. I want to keep Nate.

(god help us) should extend to more than just two of the races

PD

Anyone hearing of anybody running for the new council terms?
I am hearing Crickets.
By this time a few have usually filed in each ward.  Here is what I have so far as rumor
First ward : Mike Write

Second ward : Tj Rodgers

Third Ward : Nate Pinkard

Fourth Ward : Mike Ray

Fifth Ward : Mike Rapovy (god help us)

Sixth Ward : Anita Davis (god help the city). Victoria Allen

Seventh Ward : Jim Rafidi. Lauren Johnson (independent)
