Resurfacing Downtown

Did I miss something?   I did not hear any notices on TV or radio about today's resurfacing of Market Street nor did I see anything in the Vindy.

I work downtown so I knew how to get where I was going, but it was not pleasant driving with others that are not familiar with downtown.  It took me longer to get from Front & Market to the parking deck at Champion & Boardman, than it took to get from the westside(near Volney Rogers Middle School) to downtown.
