PRESS CONFERENCE : City Council Chambers, 26 S. Phelps Street, sixth floor,  2:00 p.m.

The City of Youngstown will hold a Press Conference to announce a Major Investment in the Central Business District that is expected to result in the creation of hundreds of new jobs in Downtown Youngstown. Other than a call center, would anyone like to guess what the new business is going to be?
