Even Tears Were Not Enough
A Documentary By John Righetti and Maria Silvestri

Sunday, February 25, 1:30 p.m.

In 1947, the new Polish communist government forcibly resettled its Carpatho-Rusyn population, locally known as Lemkos, from their ancestral homeland in southern Poland to depopulated western and northern Poland.  This planned military action was called the Vistula Operation.

Watch and discuss the film with the producers and the Carpatho-Rusyn Society Youngstown-Warren-Sharon Chapter.
