Blowing Leaves

I think its acceptable.  I love to pile them up in the middle of the road and watch cars come flying through the pile at 50 mph! Zoooooooooooooooooommmmmmmmmm WHAM!!!!!

Can someone please tell me who can possibly think that it is exceptable to blow the leaves from your yard into the street instead of bagging them like a normal person?  The best part is that I saw a fireman at the station on Schenley and McCullum blowing them onto McCullum and Schenley.
