Oliver knew his stuff but he did promise high in the sky projects that costs money that the city does not have in its budget.  His opposition talked in circles. if oliver wants to be taken serious as a community leader by the ysu academic world, he has to clean up his act. He has to cut those dread locks off, take off those sun glasses when he is speaking in front of the public and cut down on his bling.
