City of Youngstown residents!!
Green Youngstown will once again be giving away FREE leaf bags to Youngstown residents.
Bags will be available starting Monday, October 2nd while supplies last.
All compostable leaf bags will be picked up by the Street Dept. starting Monday, October 30th on your regular trash day.
Come to our office at 20 W. Federal Place (old Phar-Mor Building) - 6th floor during office hours to get your free bags.

RUNNING LOW ON FREE LEAF BAGS, SO QUIT PUTTING OFF AND GET YOURS BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE. THESE BAGS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PEOPLE LIVING IN YOUNGSTOWN ONLY.
The office location may pose a problem for some residents.NO PLACE TO PARK...Better yet- Why don't the Council members get bags and distribute them in the neighborhoods. This was if a resident wants to bag his or her leaves they can contact their Councilmember and say I need this amount of bags, and that Councilmember drops off the bags...Its not hard, it's kind of doing what a Council member should do--Being there for your Ward... :laugh:
I would like to see the sixth ward council rep do this for her constituents. :o
