why did should youngstowners feel sorry for ytown council and current mayoral administration. these are  the same people (excluding Jay) that eliminated the areana board. these same complainers were the ones that THOUGHT they could run the  areana without any professional help from established business leaders in the ytown area. if jay and his administration want to correct the past wrongs: they should reestablish the areana board with qualified people excluding council and the mayor's adminstration.
