What streets are being repaved this year?   I have not seen any paving equipment in the northeast part of the city at all.  Albert Street from Rt. 62 expressway to McGuffey Road is horrible, and Wick Avenue is nearly impassible.  That seems strange to me since its a key gateway to the downtown and passes through the most important asset in the entire city.

I have seen some residential street getting priority over main arteries this year. Why?
