Paper Shortage ?

That brown paper is probably somewhat cheaper and considerably better for the environment than bleaching to make white paper. Maybe not exactly bleach but whatever they use.

I'd even bet that it would offer better results for everyone if the government would require less white paper use instead forcing electric cars on us.

I received an insurance document in the mail today.  The envelope was made of brown paper.  It looked like the paper used to make paper grocery bags.  I thought it was junk mail.
