Are Security Guards Doing Their Job?

I had a chance to watch two security guards at two locations this week.

At the first location, the security guard spent most of his time playing/looking at his smart phone.

At the second location, the security guard spent most of her time buying lottery tickets and playing the scratch-off lottery games.
