If you did not attend the last Youngstown City Council meeting on Wednesday, June 4, you didn't miss much.  Council shot through 19 items of communication and 18 resolutions and ordinances in less than fifteen minutes.  No wonder citizens don't flock downtown to "see democracy in action."
