In the past few months, these large mysterious tanks have been passing thru Struthers and Boardman (616,224).  They are accompanied by escorts and State troopers, obviously, they spare no expense, the tanks and tansport are of the finest engineering.  We believe they are state-of-the-art oil tanks and that they are routed thru 616 to avoid high visibility on major highways with the destination being Lake Milton area.   The oil industry has to keep proprietary info. confidential in order not to cause wayward speculation on stock and leasing prices.  We are truly beginning to see a massive energy boom right in our backyards, #%@& the NIMBYS.
