Title: Ridership Decline

Ridership on the WRTA dropped 5% in September of this year as compared to September 2015.  No specific reason can be given for the decline.

Weather was nicer so more people walked? Less people with jobs?

I would like to know and compare the employment stats for that time frame - also maybe the minimum wage increase enabled people to by a car ?
