Pedestrian Killed While Walking In Street

A man was killed after being hit by a car as he walked along Midlothian Blvd.

I've posted about this over the years.  Property owners along busy Youngstown streets have to clear the snow from their sidewalks, so people don't have to walk in the street as they go from place to place.

Mahoning Avenue is terrible.  The only establishment with cleaned sidewalks is the West Side Public Library.
