I was thinking about the senior citizens and others on fixed incomes who live in the downtown highrises.  Where do they go to get a hair cut?

A recent example of reasonable (South Side of Youngstown)
Until his retirement last year, a barber on South Avenue charged $6.00 for a haircut.  His barber shop was always packed with senior citizens.  He worked continuously.  I think he averaged under 10 minutes per customer.

Plus he had a good selection of magazines and a large screen TV.

Is William Leonard's not reasonably priced?
Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.

The barber shop on the second floor of the YMCA has closed.
:'(

I feel downtown Youngstown still needs a reasonably priced barber shop.  Does anyone know of someone who may want to set up shop in the downtown?  It might be a good job for an individual just out of barber school.
