It will come up with degreaser and a pressure washer.

Maybe mobile food vendors should only be allowed to set up on the street.  When oils/grease soak into concrete, it is very difficult to remove.

This is one of several locations on Central Square where cooking oils from the recent festival stained the concrete.

Who is going to clean up this mess?
