Assult Rifle

I heard a very disturbing account on the radio today of one Fourth of July "celebration" on the east side.  The gentleman caller stated that one street was entirely blocked by drunken people who were setting off fireworks.  One member of the crowd roamed the street firing an assult rifle into the air.  The caller had a collection of shell casings to prove his point.

The caller asked one very important question.  Where were the police?
