 :) Absolutely right ... It was FDR in a motorcade down West Federal Street.

I tried to blow the picture up but it becomes a blur when I take it too high.

Here's the best I could get it.

If I were to focus in too close then you could see his face and know who he is.

There are heaps of clues ... the car ... the men standing on the car ... the police escort ... the car behind with men standing on it.

It was a parade.
