Mr. Washington, the owner of the SteelHounds, was interviewed on the Mangino radio program this morning.  Much of the conversation dealt with the business of running a hockey team including revenues from seats, boxes, concessions, naming rights, and so on.  Also covered were the expenses of running the team.  After the interview, I was left with the impression that ticket sales are not high enough to bring in an adequate cash flow to make everyone happy.  That is the reason why there is so much squabbling about the lack of assessed parking fees and other seemingly small financial issues.
