The 7th Ward, Youngstown, and our city officials made history with this project. It's a first.
the city received a huge grant to replace the sidewalks around the Taft school in a one mile radius area through Safe schools grant. this grant was brought to the attention to the mayor's administration via 7th wcc. the project starts in the yr 2018. :)
The air force is not going to use Spectre?
Once the land is cleared that would be perfect locations for community gardens and a mini park.
