TT, I pitched an idea of attaching all the delinquent land along 422 valuing the mineral rights with the State throwing in the rights of that portion of 422, to Humphries and his wife at Tressel's installation, and they love the idea.  I meet with him tomorrow.  Things are happening in Youngstown.
