"Time for the Return of our Intellectual Youth"

My nephew who had to leave after college and is working as an economics professional in Chicago is amazed at the value of minerals here in Mahoning county.  With the robust businesses entering the Utica Shale, it is time to bring our educated youth back to grow with this blessing.  Jobs are now here, a boatload of them, sadly all that remains are the unqualified.  Our educated youth returning, may also replace the unqualified leadership we endured for decades.
