The price jump to $3.49 happened on October 15.  It has taken almost two full weeks for the price to slowly drop back to $3.19.

:P

The gas station that was $3.19 yesterday increased the price to $3.49 today.

That's a 30 center per gallon JUMP.

If you drive a car, you have a right to be mad about these contrived increases.

One gas station on Mahoning Avenue was at $3.19 yesterday.

Prices will always jump during "vacation season".  Local gas prices here are aroundn$3.23 - $3.45 a gallon right now,

what are currently prices in Youngstown?

The price has finally crept back down.  What "event" will cause the next price spike?

jay

I noticed that the price of gasoline at one west side station jumped up 22 cents during the day.  Now will the price also go up at other filling stations?
