Thanks for the compliment - I spent all of last month working on the
apartment. Now...if I can just get the house on Woodbine Ave.
finished....I can start on the house on Elm Street.... LOL
Thanks also for adding the listing to the site - I'm trying to find a
good, reliable tenant who will stay over the long term so that I
can keep making improvements.
I would still love to have a community garden on the lot next to
the house this summer, but don't know if I'll be able to get
back up to Youngstown in the near term. If you know of
anyone who might want to do a project like this, I'll gladly
donate the use of the side yard. It would add a bit of beauty
to the neighborhood.
