Can a mayor be impeached for dereliction of duty?

This is truly a disturbing event.  The news reported that the woman's 2 other young daughters ( 5 & 11 yrs old) were also in the car but weren't injured.  They said that the shooter had an extensive criminal history.

Youngstown now has 22 homicides compared to 13 by this time last year.

This is now a triple homicide.  The woman's seven year old son died today of his wounds.

A woman and her unborn child died after the woman was shot in the neck following a car chase on the east side.  The woman's young son was shot in the head and is clinging to life.
