I wish benefits like these were offered years ago.

This information appeared on a sign in the window of a Boardman fast-food restaurant.

I saw the same sign a couple weeks ago. I think it was on the door of Wendy's in Austintown.

Wherever it was, that is a great amount of benefits for people just starting out. The best part is probably the Tuition Reimbursement to help them go to school to get a better job and move up in life.

On a sad note, too many people will complain their Industry-Leading Compensation is too low because everyone filling a bag with food should be paid as much as the people saving lives every day.
