  This is the year of the Democratic Chair race.  Add that to the fact that someone who will probably challenge David Betras, has placed people that would be loyal to him into the Democratic Precinct races. When the Chair race happens whoever has the most suppoters will be the Dem. Chair.

I don't believe I've ever received political mailings for a precinct committee race until this year.  What is going on this time?
