One thing in the Vindy article that caught my attention was the statement
that top earners could make up to $1,000 a week.

Anyone in their customer service department that could maintain that level
of earnings would be making a gross salary of $52,000 per year.  That is a
GOOD salary for Youngstown, and definitely a "living wage".

My main question regarding the company is this: Do they pay benefits of any kind?

While participating in Downtown Day recently, I noticed more and more workers from the call center purchasing lunch at the Food Court at 20 Federal Place.  The XVI workers generally wear an ID-holding lanyard and/or a headset around their neck.

More jobs for Valley: VXI will hire 200

This is great news for downtown businesses, especially eateries and entertainent centers. Hopefully retail businesses will take a second look at our central business district as a place to set up shop.
