Neighbors With Snow Blowers

I see how this would be a big help for the neighbors especially if an ambulance is needed.

I'm not sure the Snow Plow Union, whatever union it really is, would let this happen.

Suggestion

If the snow plows have not come to your neighborhood, ask neighbors with snow blowers to start to clear the street on your block.  All that would be needed is to clear one lane so that all your neighbors will have access to the main roads which should have been cleaned to some extent.
