Youngstown Council Cancels Gillam's Credit Card

Youngstown first ward councilman Artis Gillam can no longer use a city-owned credit card.

Council cancelled the card because Gillam failed to get prior approval to use the card for a recent trip to Washington D.C.

Finance committee chairman Mark Memmer said that Gillam is responsible for any expenses Gillam charged on the card for that trip.

Gillam says he doesn't remember how much he charged, but he has returned the card to the city.
