If the next President of the United Stats ends up being a conservative, I suspect that the FEDS and some
of the Governors, Mayors, etc.  are gonna bump heads over the whole marijuana issue.  NO state can legally
pass a law that is in direct violation of FEDERAL laws.  Period. The feds can can use the powers of the
legislative and/or judicial systems to have any such laws struck down.

When the FEDS get annoyed enough with this whole mess, they will probably start making arrests...and
since these states will have "legalized" things, (from the states' point of view..)  the arrest subjects will likely
be brought up on FEDERAL charges = which tend to carry much stiffer penalties, and over which the states
will have little to no control at all.

You talk about how legalizing Pot would help the city patch our roads. You advocate doing something that is ILLEGAL BY FEDERAL LAW. It's too bad that the Justice Department doesn't do a CRIMINAL PROBE OF YOU AND YOUR GROUP. What other states may or may not do is their business, but as for Ohio, I say NO TO LEGALIZED POT, and NO EXCEPTIONS!
