Three loud cheers for St. Christine Church, lets hope that their festival is a huge success.

The St. Christine Festival starts today.

No fireworks will be at the festival this year.
The festival is within 300 yards of three nursing homes.

10-4 good buddy but do you think that Zolden and his ilk care? ABSOLUTELY NO BECAUSE HE WON'T HAVE TO PAY FOR ANY OF THE DAMAGES HIS JUNK CAUSES!

I read in a Columbiana County newspaper this morning that they are worried about brush fires in the county this week
due to fireworks.

I agree with Jay 100000000% BAN ALL FIREWORKS PERIOD including the fireworks at church festivals, city sponsored events, and all the other events during the year that fireworks are shot off. SAY NO TO FIREWORKS!

Due to the lack of rain, fire departments are warning that the use of fireworks could cause field fires and forest fires.  Fireworks also cause air pollution and noise pollution, scare pets, disrupt the elderly, and result in litter.  Please don't buy or use fireworks.
