Unhappy With Your Councilman

Today I happened to attend a gathering of people who all lived in the city of Youngstown.  I was able to overhear several discussions about their councilmen.  There sure are a lot of people who do not like the job the councilmen are doing.   

In addition to the lack of service and lack of adequate communication, one citizen is waiting to see if his councilman votes to send all 17 charter review proposals to the fall ballot.  This citizen even suggested that a recall of his councilman may be in order.
