My father was telling me about the Market Street Man...I still don't quite understand what he is talking about. Does anyone know what he is talking about or is he making it up? :-) Do you think whatever the Market Street Man is that it still exsists?
If I'm not mistaken... if you looked south towards market st from the north side , it appeared to be a man or really looked like a robot i think the head was a big Amoco sign. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong
That is also the way I remember the Market Street robot. The lines of lights of the bridge gave the appearance of stiff arms and legs.
