Trash Not Picked Up On Thursday

I believe they are taking longer because people are putting their leaves in plastic bags and setting them out with the trash.  One neighbor had 20 bags of leaves in plastic this week.


If they would put them in paper the city will pick them up on Saturday to mulch them.

When I was driving home this evening, I noticed the trash had not been picked up in some 5th ward neighborhoods.

What is going on with the city's trash service?
