There are many new flower pots in downtown Youngstown. I noticed some along east and west Front Street. A cluster of three pots are on various corners. The cluster consists of one tall pot about 4 ft. tall and two smaller pots about 3 ft. tall.
I noticed some of the new flower pots are being used for trash disposal.
