Good Or Bad Practice? City Councilmen

Good is just in between great and bad. I don't see good as being much of anything. So...

It would be great if they use their experience to know what real problems are out there and need fixed and they actually go about fixing them.

Reality may show what happens ends up being closer to bad. I hope not.
