Today was the Covid test kit give-away.

So many cars lined up that traffic was blocked on Wirt Street.

After about one hour all the test kits were given out.   Cars kept arriving.  There was no way to let the public know that the event was over (four hours ahead of time).

The Brown administration has to rethink how to handle these events, so this mess doesn't happen again.
