The jobs are coming, a 63 acre land owner is going to reinvest her oil bonus money into aquaculture on her farm.  Of course the entitled really do not want jobs; so maybe we have to import the workers just like the researchers in the deed room of the county, which are brought in from Texas and Oklahoma.

Last November Consol Energy drilled 8400 feet deep into Ohio's Utica shale, shortly after a high tech large oil Derrek was hauled up from Oklahoma City destination Mahoning county.  Prior to the hands on jobs created, an Army of researchers with their laptops arrive in the deed room located in the basement of our county courthouse.  Once the drilling was completed at Lake Milton landowners began receiving checks from the oil companies which required the work of law firms and accountants.  The job evolution will continue with engineering and survey jobs to design the piping systems to interconnect the oil and gas from the new wells.  Heavy equipment jobs will be created to tackle the largescale drilling and access roadways.  Material suppliers will continue to gear up and expand to handle all the wells.  Downtown buildings will be leased up to accommodate the influx offices to handle the paperwork of all the affiliated businesses brought in to support the energy boom.

Landowners will have their CPA's design a reinvestment of oil revenue into aquaculture projects futher creating jobs.  The entitled will be mandated to work for their free lunch, many will head back to the land to farm shrimp, fish and crops.  Crime will become a rarity because there will hardly be enough time for the workers to think up mischief.  And then the Mayor will come forth and say "Look what I have done" , it was all because of Youngstown 2010.
