America's Failing Schools

I was surfing YouTube again and found this disturbing John Stossel special about America's schools.  After watching this I just have to ask myself why it is that every single institution that this country created and perfected is now in a complete shambles.  If you don't think so then watch Stossel's six part special on American health care and maybe you'll see what I am talking about.
