Four Youngstown men accused of stealing sidewalk

Four Youngstown men are accused of stealing a sidewalk from a South Side neighborhood. Someone called 9-1-1 late Wednesday morning to report that some men were taking the sidewalk slabs along the 600 block of Ridge Avenue.
