I went to the Sparkle Market again today.
They have plenty of Kleenex.  Hundreds of boxes

Bread was being restocked.
Several vegetable shelves were empty.
A lot of soup cans were gone.
Eggs were gone.

I stopped at the Cornersburg Sparkle Market this morning.
About three quarters of the bread shelves were empty.
